Just like @christinewupp has mentioned, this is a glitch we know of that should have been taken care of so please make sure you have the latest game app version installed, restart your device and give the level another try. In the meantime, I'll let the studio know the issue is back form some so they can investigate ๐

It seems that something might have gone wrong with your rewards. Here in the Community we do not have access to compensate for any items you have not been able to collect so i this case, it would be best to reach out to Player Support team. Hi there ๐ I'm sorry to hear this is! The thing is that since Amazon is your payment provider, you will need to reach out to Amazon support and report this as King doesn't have access to this. Have you tried reaching out to them HERE? Hope they will be able to help solve this password issue for you ๐

Sorry to hear about this ๐ฏ If you're playing on mobile device, make sure it has a strong internet connection and that is connected to either your facebook or King account. If all is good with your internet and the game is connected, try restarting your device and give it another try. Hope this helps ๐
