This usually happens if you havenโt played for a while and then return when a new Petopia has already started. In that case, a pop-up from the previous Petopia may appear after completing a few levels. You should still be able to access Petopia Camping now, but let me know if thatโs not the case!

@Vetter Just to make sure I understand correctly, are you referring to boosters or Petopia? Also, have you deleted the game by any chance?

Hi! Iโm really sorry to hear youโre experiencing this. The Studio is actively working on improving the performance of the event so that, with each new Petopia release, fewer players are affected. If possible, could you share a screenshot of your game? It would really help us understand at which city level things startโฆ
