Thanks so much for your answer, that what I did but I did not hear back from the customer care yet, nor the problem solved. I am very disappointed and I am about to delete this game. I waited for a while to get a positive answer and solve this problem but it looks like they sleep in the cave.

I play FHS on my kindle fire, and I was past level 580, and suddenly I'm back at the beginning. I don't know how to restore my game. I've looked at the other questions here, but they seem to apply to playing on the computer. Any help would be appreciated since this is my favorite game! Thanks.
