Unfortunately, reinstalling the app does NOT work. I had 500+ levels when the problem started. I tried reinstalling the app and replay the 500+ levels. It's been months, and I've yet to resolve the connection issues. So I've lost all my progress with nothing to gain. User ID 11275827314
