I suggest you report this level to Player Support via the link below, and complain about it. The AI that runs Candy Crush has apparently removed moves from the level for some players to test out if it will make you spend money. There are other ways to get your gold up. I am seeing the Deep Dive Dash again today. It repeats none stop, so I am still seeing my gold balance go up by winning that event, plus the episode races. But I have to play new levels and try to make colour bomb + fish combos in order to win the gold, so it's quite challenging.
