I have been playing this game daily, and collected the daily bonus too. But I noticed that the bonus I collected has not been credited to my account. Now the balance of my boosters is almost all used up

for more than a month now, the daily bonus which i click on everyday is not credited to my account. I am now low on the special help and there seem to be no way to replenish it

now the screen shows FULL lives, but the heart icon next to it is ZERO, and I cannot play. The screen go to "ask friends or buy more" How do i do screen shots?
