I have the apps and websites page open now and where you have the two choices I only have the candy crush one showing I dont have the ups option. How do I have the other option up

Yes as I said earlier every time I tried that I have a pop up to say that nothing will be posted to Facebook . We tried everything but nothing. Can you suggest something else

Thanks for letting me know that king does not support the old version,I have not got Windows 10 I am on Windows 7 on the laptop. I am on Facebook but on Facebook I would have to start on Level 1 and on King.com I am on Level 1525. I have tried to sync my progress from King.com to Facebook but it wont let me. I have tried…

This issue was first raised on the 29th May and they have not fixed it. When I spoke to Jenny last (community moderator) King is working on the issue but something tells me they are not trying very hard. I think its an excuse with them

Hi firebombmarkus I did reply to their automated mssg quite a few times but it fell on deaf ears as they say and still no response and that was a few months ago now.

Hi Elsa My browser is Chrome and it still takes around 15 to 20 mins to load. With the problems I have to sync my progress over to facebook I am seriously considering uninstalling the game from King.com anyway as it seems to me that king has no intention of rectifying the problem of sending and receiving lives on windows 7…

Hi Jenny I did reply to your mssg on the 25th June but as of yet I am still waiting for a reply. I know you did ask me for a screenshot I have tried doing that but I cant get it to happen. Not everyone is an expert on a computer or laptop and I am one of them people. Just wondering is King .com going to rectify the problem…
