Hey Kenmc, have you been able to pass the roadblock already? Have you tried to use another browser and clear cache? Also please check the version of your Flash. Obviously, Chrome has the most current version of Flash already integrated. I don't think that's the problem.

You can also trying clearing your cache. Ctrl+shift+del should pull up a window that will allow you to do this. Sometimes the cache gets errors in it that cause things to not work properly.

You can also log on with a King.com account on the games that support it. Bubble Witch 2, both Candy Crush games, Farm Heroes, Alphabetty, Papa Pear, Diamond Digger. These games all support a King.com account.

Are you signed into Facebook or King.com? (yes, the games connect to your King account on mobile, or some of them do anyway).
