Well, I uninstalled and reinstalled the newest version of the Win10 App - and guess what....the unlimited lives gift arrives, I accept, and then nothing happens, my lives stay at 5....or 0 - so no, we have not solved the issue

I got notification this morning that some self test was successful and that I got some goodies - well I did not.... Here is the screenshot of my game after accepting the "so called" goodies, and a screen shot of my game ID. To sum up, I did not receive any goodies or unlimited lives - not now, not ever.....

1420204877 is my game ID, copied from Facebook, however as stated I play on a PC, Win10 App When I follow your instructions for finding my ID I get this: 1141679397 - this one is probably the one you are looking for....

I reset the Win10 App completely, and I still do not get the unlimited lives :(

I get the message that I received unlimited lives, but when I accept the gift nothing happens....
