The new season pass is awful. I hate that it's not cumulative between devices, and that you have to win levels to earn rewards. It's not nearly as motivating. The only good thing about it is that it's the one upgrade I regularly purchased, so I guess I'll save some money!

Agreed. Anything that can only be won with unplayed levels sucks for the players at the end of the game. It's like punishing the most loyal players.

Yes, last week my Stars capped out at 120 and stopped counting. This week, I'm just stuck at 0. When I win a star level, it counts from negative 6 up to 0. I HATE HATE HATE any tasks that require New Levels wins. The chocolate box is one of the only sub-games that works for players at the end of the board, so this development is a major bummer. I hope it goes away, along with ALL the other "New Level only" things that only serve to leave out your most loyal players.

One month later and this is still a problem. I've noted that sometimes it actually counts backwards and have started taking screenshots when I reach a new tier to show Customer Service. At one point I was a 2 levels away from the final, and it set me back to the beginning of Level 8 while I was playing. I didn't even close…

I used to spend money on this game, but now that I see it’s rigged to force you to pay to play I won’t. I want a fair puzzle game that has an element of skill. If I just wanted to pay to watch pretty colors fall, I’d do those stupid slot machines. You’ve lost a customer.

Yep, there is literally no way to pass this level, not even with 35 extra moves. My New Years resolution was to stop playing Candy Crush, so thanks for making that a little easier with these money-grab levels.
