Error message unable to play game

I have gotten this new error message " We are experiencing an error and doing our best to fix it. Please try again in a moment" for an entire week now and have been unable to play the game anymore. It's clearly been longer than a "moment". Any help is appreciated.

Flash Version 11.1 or higher is required to play.  I would go and update your Flash player at: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
