Farm Heroes Super Saga not loading on fb

I play on a mac machine with firefox browser. It worked fine until Thursday. This is the message that appears "We are experiencing an error and doing our best to fix it. Please try again in a moment." All other games work fine including farm heroes. All operating systems are up to date. I have been unable to get any help in rectifying this matter.

Yes, my browser supports HTML5 - although Chrome scores higher. Thing is I have no trouble playing any other games on facebook, made by King or otherwise. I have been able to play this game on Firefox since but it does have a tendency to freeze on occasion and I lose lives and gifts from friends when that happens.

Hmm might be worth checking that your browsers support HTML5 as I'm pretty sure Farm Heroes Super Saga has followed the same route as Jelly Saga and stopped using Flash. You can check by visiting here: https://html5test.com/

Do you get the same message in a different browser, Terry?

I have the same problem but on Firefox for Windows 10 but it works on Chrome (although horrendously slow to load)
