After game loads,I can only see the top part of the game.The lower part is there however it is too low to see
whatever you guys have done it has resolved the problem.....thank you
I have compared my screen size to my wifes as she got the same phone, and it seems that my game screen has dropped slightly, I have looked at all phone settings and app settings, but I cannot find what the problem is, any help please?
I can make them disappear by minimizing and then putting back to full screen, but as soon as I try to press on one of the boosters, the menu bar comes back and cannot use a booster, nor can I use the lives sent to me by friends
This is the menu bar for the device, so nothing is missing. if you drag down, the bar should disappear. then drag up to make it appear again.
Can anyone help with this issue please? I am struggling to move forward levels, I need the basket, hand etc to help me, also I have extra lives I cannot use.....please someone help

I also have this problem, and tried the steps in the link, but to no avail, can someone help to resolve this please as I cannot use watering can, hand n basket? I want to mention this game was fine before an update on and before my 18 month old got his little hands on it, I have checked settings but cannot see any changes.....Help!
