my goat won't move from it's starting place even when there is a lily pad in line and I make a match in line with him

Thanks but I have lined him up while the lily pad is there and he just won't move. I will try capturing a video to show you

Karkar22 I reported it from the game itself and then they changed the level so there was no water and the goat moved as it should. I have now got past the level
