I guess that if they have solved a problem by fixing that part of the app, we as players should just make sure we install the update or reinstall the app in case the fix wasn´t released through an update.
You can´t ask any company to do app management on your device, that´s up to the users.
There are threads on here of users confirming that it now works for them. This is a community site and players help each other here.
I have same problem and only response i get it link to king care and repose to check game and machine for newest version. what kind of company refers you to user group for solving problem rather than correcting the problem themselves. i think i will be deleting king apps and likely staying away from them in future

Make sure you have everything updated on your iPhone, like the iOS version and the Super Saga app version. Restart your device afterwards.

Look the content of the level! there's TWO 'Frozen walnuts' and on ENTIRE LEVEL THERE'S NO WAY FOR UNFROZEN THAT! AT EVERY LIFE AND THIS LEVEL IT'S UNBEATABLE! FIX IMMEDIATELY.
