Still experiencing problem on iPad mini,

I've followed the instructions given for updat installation . Still is doing the same thing. After starting play, I make the first move and the game quits and I'm sent back to my home page. Still needs fixin! 

Also right after update it kept showing the tier progression, I'd click o. It and it would just come back. I deleted then reloaded game and that went away but he other problem arose.  Help!
