lost progress on farm heroes super saga on Android when trying to sync w/FB

FB finally updated new levels that the mobile app has had but wasn't syncing w/phone (Android). I followed directions and restarted phone and lost levels played through 487. Now, phone only goes to level 475. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a screen shot since it's all been erased. Please advise, thx.

This has happened again...and again today. Not only are levels lost again but, the coins purchases have been lost as well. What is going on? This was promised 'looking into and fixed' three weeks ago as answered on others' posts. Now, we're getting beyond frustrated. It's just not worth continuing. Very disappointing.
