Farm heroes super saga nos synching

hello, I play Farm heroes super saga both on computer and iphone. It use to normally sync without problem but since a couple of weeks ago it is not syncing on the computer. Normally I use facebook sign in. I've tried to log out/log on on both devices, cleaning caches, restarting computer and finally I created a king account and synced.

Nothing has helped computer to move from level 476 when I am on level 518 on the iphone. On the settings in King account it says score and progression sync but it says below you have already synced your progress so doesn't let me do it again. 

i also tried today to install the app on my kindle and there it shows level 368!!!!

Any ideas on how I can solve this?

Was this solved? My brother and I are having the same problem too! The only one up to date is the IPhone. Even Facebook is way below with levels.

I have similar issue: while I am on level 506 on my Android device, I am only able to play level 376 on Facebook on my PC. Could you fix it please?
