I was set to level one after accidentaly deleting the game. how do i get my progress back.

I accidentally deleted the game, then decided to redownload, was connected to facebook and at level 200+ but to my suprise I was set at level one and I did not change my facebook settings or anything so please help, I will be glad to have my progress back
