Can't seem to get my levels to sync on phone/ iPad help please!

Have iPhone 6,level on phone is 23 my level on iPad is 516, I can't get them to sync. Have uninstalled on my phone and started me from the beginning don't know what else to do. Help please.

Just make sure both devices are connected to the same Facebook account.
