Won Showdowns - No rewards?

I can see others have also said the same... What's the process to make sure we get the rewards owed? Surely KING can see against my account what's been won and whats owed? I also believe I haven't been given the rewards when I beat Rancid (but can't be sure of that one)... This may seem like a duplicate question. I accidentally resolved my original post. Any chance of a response?
