Loost all my boosters

I played Farm Heroes Super Saga about 3 years and collected about 50x each boosters.

I need to reset my phone (HTC One M7 - Android).

I created an account and synchronized the progress of the game. But when I installed the game again, I lost all my boosters.

Level and silver coin I have in game. But boosters disappeared.

Is It possible to reset boosters, because I am in level no 687, so I am near the end?

Yes, if it is possible, i still needing help.

Unfortunately boosters are saved in the phone memory so you can play them offline when not connected to the internet. Because of this there is no way to track them. As you have been very patient though I will ask if there is anything they can do to help I cannot promise though

Thanks for answer. If you can't reset booster in my phone, maybe you could give me the gold coins for which I will buy a booster?
