I am not receiving unlock tickets from friends at rood block for a week on regular Farm Heroes Saga

I'm at a roadblock and even though my friends are sending me tickets to pass the roadblock, I'm not receiving them for the third day in a row. I've been working at this game for years and I'm not happy.
