We are currently working together with Facebook in order to solve the issue. Unfortunately I can't give you an exact date for when it is solved.
If you have the option then please try playing Farm Heroes Super Saga from a mobile device until the FB issue has been solved.

Hi Rocky, yes it is being tricky It seems we have a whole lot of players who cannot connect to Facebook through games running on windows
That of course is having a knock on affect on to things like friends lists. So they are looking into it and it is a higher priority as so many are having the same issue. So its not good news yet, but at least you know its not been forgotten

Aha Thanks Rocky, I knew there was something I needed to add for the team. Everytime anyone clicks like on a message it goes up. Its really annoying as like you have found, it doesn't stay in order and if people comment rather than answer, we don't get notifications either.

Just in case you are around now Rocky, I use a programme called Screencast o matic. You can use the free version just fine, it doesn't have sound but you wouldn't need that anyway. Then just save it to your computer and once saved, upload to youtube or dropbox

Hi Rocky, I am sorry it didn't help. Can I just check, are you connected to the Kingdom or Facebook? Is it coming up with an error message or does the box for friends just not show?
We did have an issue with Facebook connection due to the privacy settings changes. So if you do use Facebook to connect it would be worth having a look at that link too. You can find it HERE. Let me know if it helps or not and if not, if you could let me have the other info I will pass it over to the King team to investigate
