I updated Paradise Bay through the App Store on Friday, 07/09/2018. Since then I cannot access my game due to an error: unable to download remote files (8022-4B0A-1). This is really frustrating as I could not play the game the past 5 days nor finish the last tier of the Tradefest. Please assist. Paradise bay does not appear on your game list below, the reason for me choosing another game.

Thanks Mark, but when you want to submit the ticket it gives an error that something went wrong. Have been trying for three days to get hold of them.

I just tried the support ticket here:ย http://support.paradisebaygame.com/supportย and it should work ok. Are you trying from a stationary computer or from a mobile device?
