Cant rotate in iPhone XS Max

I recently changed my phone from iPhone 8 Plus to iPhone XS Max and before on the old phone I could rotate to landscape orientation when playing but now in the new phone I cant rotate it to landscape although i did not lock the orientation.

Hi @aarontan_game and welcome to our Community 😊 I just checked on my phone and my rotation is working. Did you try to clear the cache for this game? You can also try to restart your phone and if it doesn't help you can reinstall your game and see what happens. Be aware that if you reinstall game you will lose your boosters.
