No Reward after completing quest in Farm Heroes Super Saga?

My Mom completed the quest and the animation shows that she got the reward. However, when she moves to the next level, her reward was not shown and it's zero.
Does anyone has this issue before? We use facebook and log into Farm Heroes Saga on Microsoft edge.

I moved your post to this thread about the reward issue with the Quests.

Just like @MarkHawk mentioned earlier, this issue won't be fixed, at least not in the near future.

I play at work and at home both on desk top.. I win awards and I never receive them. ALso about every other time it says no internet connection which is false because I rarely ever lose my connection and it will continue to let me play I just never get the rewards...

I've been trying to contact support and they keep referring me to this thread. I'm playing on a desktop so there's not a problem with my connection

But that's how it is. You do not have to laugh about it. It's not funny. Just ignore the rewards. That's the best you can do. I do that too. I leave the packages in and pick them up later, when everything works again. It's easy. Complaining brings nothing.

Completed quests, no rewards given, keeps coming up no internet connection, which is rubbish cos I have just played the game.

I think it's time to remove the quests till it can be sorted ! Very frustrating while quests remain & you know there is no chance of receiving awards you should get !

I am on level 412 of Farm Heroes Super Saga. I used to receive rewards/boosters but have not received any for a long time. I tried contacting customer care several times but I am always referred to the community which has not helped me solve my problem. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, but that did not help.

Hi Pressley,

I suggest you play and complete a few levels on Facebook. This will reset any game data that might not be correct in your player account. After this you can now start the game on your mobile device and you should now be able to receive items in the game again.

I have used my PC and Facebook to play for a couple of weeks. Nothing has changed. I have also not received any new rewards playing with Facebook.

I completed the Country Show and should have received 1,250 silver coins but didn't. This isn't the first time this has happened.

Yeah right I've submitted two emails and a form and I've not heard back in months. Mine does the same. Stopped accumulating coins at 115 coins no matter how many I earn from the country show.

Also "support" just sends an auto generated email leading you back to these boards

less than a week ago I completed a four day stint of levels and completed enough / earned enough points to make it to level 4 / 250 coins. However, I have not as of yet received my 250 bonus coins that I earned. Can someone help me so I can get the coins...? I need them so I can get some boosters. Thanks...!!

Usually, when we contact "King Team" from the above link provided by @MarkHawk, it usually takes a while (at least 7 to 10 days) to hear from them. It depends on the volume of the emails they have received before ours.

Usually, they will send an email with "Trouble Shooting Tips. You can reply to that email, explaining your issue. Sometimes, if they do not hear from you, they might close the ticket. Hence, do not miss it to reply & explain them.

I know this because I have written to them a few times for various issues and have heard from them. We just have to wait patiently

I am sorry to hear that you both are not receiving the coins after winning the Country Show and @Dzren, sorry to hear that you have not had any luck from the Support team!!

If you don't mind, I have a suggestion... A new Country Show has just started today right! Take a picture of the coins you have right now. Then, whenever you can with the place you are in that Country Show. Again, a picture once the show ends. So, this way, you have 3 or 4 proofs in your hand to show to the "King Support" team.

** I hope you are receiving the 50 coins after beating the Rancid. You make a record of that addition also.

Few points while filling that form --- After choosing the Game & Platform, select "Problems with my Game" as Topic AND either "Prize not received" or "Special event problem" as SUB-Topic.

Once, you submit the form, it is common to receive an automated email response with some trouble shooters, etc., I think that is kind of an acknowledgement of them telling us they have received the complaint.

You keep checking for their email and if you do not receive within 3 to 4 days, REPLY to the latest email you have received from them. It does say "To Reply, click below line" or something (sorry, it's been a while since I have contacted them). You will be contacted by a King Team person within the next few days. Once, they ask you about the issue, you explain them and attach the pictures you have taken. I am sure you will be helped this time and reimbursed.

If you do not hear from them after you sent the pictures, etc., write to them again mentioning you have not heard from & not helped with the issue (but this rarely happens).

Sometimes, it does take longer to hear from them when they might have had lots of piled up complaints to look into, especially with the glitches that are going on with many games. And, of course, they will be out of the office for weekend. etc.,

I play daily and for the last month I have only received coins twice for the county fair. It doesn't matter if I'm first or fifth, I still don't get the reward.

Hi @red7878 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 Which device and OS are you using for this game? Did you try to clear cache and cookies? It's simple, but sometimes these simple steps really can help. And please check if your game is up to date, the latest version should be 1.17.9.

I’ve been having this same problem for months! Very frustrating! I’ve lost out on thousands of coins! I’ve tried emailing king, but they do not respond.

If you didn't please do so and choose the proper game, topic and subtopic. Once you do so, you will get an automated email message. Note that you have to answer to that mail and explain what is happening in order to reach them again. Thanks for understanding.

Yes, I have filled out that form more than once. All I get back is an automated response that says to try the support community.

Although I completed several times this level, doesn't allow me to go to next level. What can I do?
Level 3974 - it's BUGGED FIX IMMEDIATELY!
Look the content of the level! there's TWO 'Frozen walnuts' and on ENTIRE LEVEL THERE'S NO WAY FOR UNFROZEN THAT! AT EVERY LIFE AND THIS LEVEL IT'S UNBEATABLE! FIX IMMEDIATELY.
