When I complete a task and get an award of a collection basket, it does not get added to my account?

Do you remember which feature you played, was it an Ad you had to watch or was it a quest that you had to complete?

How many baskets was promised and can you also provide me with your User ID so we can locate your game records?

It was a quest, like win two levels, or activate 100 clouds. I was supposed to get a Collection Basket for the last two quests that I completed. i am Joanjomajr.

I"ve reported this to the studio but they haven't received any similar reports yet to investigate so I'll be happy to add the rewards to your game.

My User Id is 10799604838. It happened again today. I completed a quest and it said the prize was another collection basket, but you will see that I do not have any and I have not used any in a while.

I've just added your missing rewards and what was the last quest you had to complete now that did not reward you so I can pass this on?
