Not receiving quest rewards - Reported to the Studio! (This is now Fixed)!

I've spoken to Support and there seems to be an issue with this extra feature. The Studio is aware of this and is currently looking in to it so we do not have a timeframe for a fix.

If you keep an eye on this thread, I'll let you know as soon as I know more!

The option to watch videos is not available for all players so your game might not be part of the group that has access to this feature.

Special events and extra features are available only during specific time frames and only for randomly chosen groups of players and devices from time to time.

If you do not see this special event in your game at the moment then rest assured it'll be coming your way soon in the future!

We'd like to reassure you that sometimes you'll have features that other players do not, so we try to make sure you won't miss out on the fun.

I'd love to be able to manually add this feature to your game, but I'm afraid here, we have no control over how these groups are selected or chosen.

I understand this might not be appreciated by all our players, but our Game Studios are constantly testing new features and concepts and we believe that this is the best way for us to improve our games, challenges and gaming elements in the future.

Before the problem about not receiving the quest awards, I used to get some extra rewards after watching a video. The problem with the rewards seem to have been fixed, but I have not received any video viewing with more rewards... What has happened? The company has apparently fixed a problem and deactivated a previous function? Are you kidding us or what?

Hello,
i can receive the rewards but now my reward is not loading and not uploading. I won multiple games with three stars but it wont update the reward and once i receive it, new quests wont show up

@Cheyenne_Wells Ive had the same issue--Im owed hundreds of coins from country show tiers, none of which are being received. The developers dont seem to care to address or fix the issue!

The funny thing is I could watch videos before a level to get a watering can, but then when I would want to watch a video to get 3 extra moves it would tell me I wasn't connected to the internet, but I was. I'm hoping this was fixed along with not receiving the quest rewards.

Thank You @QueenB for keeping us updated. I am happy to get quest rewards again. Pass along a thank to the Studio for getting this fixed. Maybe they can add a few extra rewards for all we have missed in the last month.

Queen B - thanks for keeping us updated. Yes it is frustrating for us, but it also must be frustrating for you when there is no timeline for a fix.
One thing you havent commented on is the 'watch a video ad for rewards'
My wife and I both play on separate tablets.
She has videos and is awarded lives and goodies, I never even see one.
Would you please comment?

I have the update showing the autumn theme on my Apple device. Tried, and was able to collect the reward that I earned last week but hadn't claimed, receiving two gloves as my reward. Looks like the issue has finally been resolved, thank you!

Hi QueenB, thanks a lot for keeping us update. i just won two quests, unfortunately the rewards are still not added up. i played from iphone xr, with latest ios version. and there is no game app update available.

I'm on level 1301 which has leaves and yet it doesn't accumulate or get counted in the Quest for 900 leaves. Furthermore, this adds to the problem where i have more than 20 COMPLETED Quests that are still waiting for its rewards. What is REALLY going on that it's taking forever to fix this problem? After patiently waiting all this time, gold bars should be the lost rewards (5 or more per quest)!!!

This has been going on for months now and I've asked over and over and no one is helping me. It shows what I won but won't collect it at the top next to my coin emblem. Plz help me!!!

Try connecting the game to Facebook then play the event there. I've done this trick before and it seems to reset or update the game data on my phone.

Seems to be a big problem for lots of people. From other posts it seems that if you leave your I'D number on your post, which you find by touching the profile button when you first open the game then press the king logo at the top they will contact tech guys but not seen any post thst say it has been fixed. Having the same problem but had no reply yet.

whenever I am completing a goal I do not receive my reward. I click collect and it disappears

I too am not getting my prize awards. One just today, and this was the 4th in a row and I've had 6 so far. Another issue is when you are offered the 3 extra moves it tries to tell me I'm not connected to the internet when I am and was just given a Watering Can Booster at the start of the level by watching a video. These bugs need fixed.
