Freezing on Farm Hero’s?

    Here it is Christmas Day and level 1730 has been freezing on me time and again. It seems like it happens right as I am about to win the level. Meaning not every time, but several times today.

    This is my favorite of the King games so it is that much more of a frustration.

    Played on iPhone XR

    I have done an offload of app, then reinstalled twice. Still stops working in the middle of the game.

    Let me check the level and get back to you as soon as I can.

    In the mean time, can you please check what version of the game you have right now? You will be able to find that info in your App Store.


    Sometimes, having old versioned App does that freezing to our game(s). And sometimes, having less space on our device memory also causes that. So, can you please check how much of storage space there is? We need minimum 2 GB for the Apps to work without interruptions.


    Can you please check these two and post the update for me? In the mean time, I will see if the level is glitchy.

    iPhone storage 41.8 GB of 128 GB used

    This is an example of the “freeze”. The animals still blink, but I can not move anything and nothing drops. I have to quit the app all together. When I restart the app, I am at the Home Screen and have to start a brand new game.

    Don't be sad, it will be solved soon with your help.

    While we wait for @PummyRaj to confirm if the problem is reported, can you please clear Safari cache and reboot your device? Please tell me if that had any effect on the game, did you notice that it improved? Was it solved?

    Hello!

    thank you for helping. I did what you asked: deleted cache in safari and rebooted.

    Afterwards I lost 3 games and then the fourth game froze.

    Ok, I’m not sure which thing made this work, but I tried turning off cellular data. Also, fearing I was going to have to completely delete the app and all data, I started using boosters. I used probably about five boosters on the level and finally won. I went on to win the following level.

    I’m now on level 1732.

    Of I continue to freeze, I will let you know.

    Please never delete the game data, as this will make you lose the accumulated boosters.
