Never get lives

I am on level 1700 and play regularly. I always send lives to other players and regularly request lives when I run out but never get these requests answered by having lives sent to me.

I get growth which suggests others receive my lives.

It would be nice to have some friends on my list that return my generosity

Not getting any error messages when I send but maybe 'friends' are.

I don't use Facebook so I would like to explore why the 'friends' the game gave me don't/can't send lives. Maybe they don't play anymore or maybe a ganes glitch. I woukd be happy for you to explire this further when you can.

I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving lives from your friends!!

** If you have Facebook account, I would suggest you to search for “farm heroes super saga group” and you should see at least a couple of groups in search results. Try to join in all of them, as it expands your friends’ list. Once joined, ask them to add you as a friend. There are players who are looking for more “active” players. You would definitely receive at least few new friends, who are active and reciprocative 👍

I am not sure if it is completely the players (that are in your friends list that) who are ignoring to send lives OR it is the system that doesn’t send the lives!

Because, when I try to send lives to the friends in my game, they always don’t go through! Instead, I will see an “error” message!! I am not sure if it means that there was an issue with just one player or all!!

Let me ask our game In-charge and get back to you as soon as I can. But, you will have to wait till Friday as the King employees have a day off tomorrow and it is already evening for them.
