Game won't advance level after winning.

I have beat level 5190 five times but the game won't advance to next level. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and beat it again but still won't advance. Playing on Android phone.

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to move from level # 5190 😕

I just need to make sure that you are having this issue in Farm Heroes Super Saga! If so, I need to 2 screenshots to show our Community In-charge...

1) A screenshot to show that you have won the level;

2) A screenshot to show your game map after winning the level.

Also, can you check what version you have right now? I might need your game ID number too. Please let me know if you need help with it.
