Hello Neil @neilf 🤗 Hearty Welcome to our lovely Farm Community!
In Farm Heroes Super Saga, when we send lives to our friends, they send back "Growth" points towards us! These growth points help to grow the cropsie in "Country Show" feature.
Which level are you in the game? You should see a special icon on the map with a pot and small sprout in it.

Look the content of the level! there's TWO 'Frozen walnuts' and on ENTIRE LEVEL THERE'S NO WAY FOR UNFROZEN THAT! AT EVERY LIFE AND THIS LEVEL IT'S UNBEATABLE! FIX IMMEDIATELY.
