Internet will not connect to Farm Heroes Super Saga

I have Candy Crush and Farm Heroes Saga installed on my Amazon Fire Tablet and they are connected to the internet. When I play Farm Heroes Super Saga I have in the lower right corner of the game screen a yellow circle with a red X. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times, cleared the cache of the game, double checked my internet and everything is working. Please advise what I can I do.. I even removed all of the data from the game, uninstalled it, restarted the tablet, installed the game again…same results

I wanted to let you know that I updated my game yesterday and I am now linked to my internet. Thank you so much for helping me out..I enjoy this game very much….😉

Just to affirm that there is no issue with your internet, as you are playing other 2 games without any issues! And also, to be here in the Community, you need strong internet connection!

Thank you for mentioning the device you are using! Can you please check which version of the App do you have right now? And also, which software version do you have on your Amazon Kindle?
