The reason you are not moving up is that you did not earn any stars on the level! Unless, we earn at least one star on the levels we play, the game will not let us move forward!
Can you please play the level again and post a screenshot of the game board - as soon as you finish all the goals?

Look the content of the level! there's TWO 'Frozen walnuts' and on ENTIRE LEVEL THERE'S NO WAY FOR UNFROZEN THAT! AT EVERY LIFE AND THIS LEVEL IT'S UNBEATABLE! FIX IMMEDIATELY.
