Sad to report this did not work.
I think all I got was auto-replies i.e. some or all of the email replies were automated ones.
I understand the first email reply will usually be an automated one, most if not all companies do that, including one I work for. This is quite normal.However, it seems nobody at all looked at the screenshot attachments I sent, nor told me they will pass them onto your developers for a possible ad fix. Next email replies were mostly empty and/or quoted already sent previous instructions that cannot help.
Instead, I got told off to ask here in the Communities again.So, I am back to you here.
I wonder - what needs to happen for this bad game ("Fable Town") ad to be taken down or fixed? Do you guys expect at least 100 people to report it or something?
Is there a procedure to follow?
Please note I have lowered the FHSS game rating in Play Store with 1 more star now.
If issue is not fixed in 1 week, I will lower it further.1 -

There is no case number anywhere I can find!

Seems you do not!
Not only did I not get a personal reply, I even was not allowed to know my support case number.
This is very unusual of any helpdesk I ever used!If you cannot locate my support case via my profile ID, how do I tell you the case number?

I am attaching 3 images now, 2 of them are fine, 3rd one shows the bug.
Notice how screen #3 lacks any X/close icon! This means I cannot quit the ad, so only way forward is to lose the level, then try again hoping the Fable Town ad won't show again.
Sometimes, the X shows so the failure of the ad is not a 100% one, but it fails much more than it works, I would say only 1 out of 7-8 showings works. (the rest fail)
If it matters, this is on a Lenovo Tab P11 Gen 2 tablet, using Android OS 14. (plenty of storage free)
To clarify, here is what I do when it happens:
1. I switch out of the Farm Heroes Super Saga game using the Android Task switch button, then go back into the game.
2. Now a strange screen shows, with the current level & cropsies in it but nothing reacts to tapping. (plus the action/booster icons at the bottom are missing/not shown)
3. So, I then tap my Android tablet Back button and the game warns me that I will lose a life and lose the level if I quit. I confirm that and game then goes to the level list view (level map).Then I can try again.

( Please note I do not mind seeing the Fable Town ad, as long as it is able to close properly. )
As a workaround, I am sometimes playing on my Android phone too - a Nokia 1.4 with Android OS 11 Go on it. Seems depending on device type (phone versus tablet), as well as device specs, the ads offered in the Farm Heroes Super Saga game may vary - so on the Nokia I am not getting the Fable Town ad (at least for now), so it works just fine with all (other) ads offered. :)2 -
Happy to hear that! 😃 You’re probably right—it could be a device-related issue. I’ve added this detail to the report for the team to investigate, just in case. Hopefully, it’ll be sorted out soon!
