Freezing after ads

I've been having issues with Bus Jam, Bus escape; basically all the bus related ads freezing my screen in Farm Heroes Super Saga.

I've lost coins and now my patience trying to fix the situation. I don't want to spend time emailing King repeatedly only to get the same generated response to complete the same steps I already tried. I'm getting to the point of moving on to another game to occupy a little bit of downtime.

I stay with the King games because for someone plays free, they're reliable and fair.

Can anyone have this problem and able to fix it?

Please could you tell us your device specs?
I.e. phone or tablet, brand, model, Android OS or iOS/iPadOS version used?

It is possible & likely this is a device-dependent issue.
I am getting those ads here but they work fine for me.

I am sorry to hear that some of the Ads are causing issues in your game!

Reporting the Ads through the game App is the best way for those glitchy Ads to be looked at! Were you sending your complaint through "Privacy & Terms" - "Report the Ad" tab?

We were informed that the King Player Support team works better if we send our complaints through correct links! Hence, asking!

With regards to the replies you have received —> Those automated emails are the initial response we all receive after sending our complaint, and it will take up to 72 hours for an actual agent to reply back!

Once sending your complaint, please wait for about 48 hours and send a reply through the automated email you have received. And, inform them that you are still waiting for assistance. Somebody will definitely drop in to assist you (speaking from personal experience)!

I am glad to know that you are sticking with King games and bearing the glitches! Farm Heroes Super Saga is one of the fun games, isn't it?
