I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Can you please give me below details...
1) Which device are you using; (2) What is the version you have right now;
(3) 2 Screenshots -- one before you collect the nuts (even a single Acorn); and another one immediately after collecting the nut;
4) If possible, if you can take short video of those 15 seconds, it will be very helpful to show to the Studio about the glitch.

In the mean time, I will go to that level and see if I too have the same glitch.

I see you failed this level as you haven't collected cropies enough. ๐ข
Don't worry! You can search for "Farm Heroes Super Level 160 No Booster" on YouTube or so that I hope you can follow these tips of how to pass this level without using boosters and extra moves. Good luck! ๐

Hi I am on level 2264 and it said I still had an iced up square to collect but there wasn't one on the screen, It has happened twice now so I guess this is the end of the road for me. Anyone got over this level?
