2907 freezing up

on my wifes iphone 6 level 2907 locks up when she gets close to beating the level .

keeps happening and she has to reboot the phone .. not happening with any other apps or games

    If you have already updated it.Can you please give me more details about the glitch?(For examples:When the glitch happens?The last thing you did before the game fereezed?)
