Unfortunately, some features are not permanent features which mean there are times you will have it and other times not. Features such as extra moves with watching ads are not out for 100% of the players so only a group of players will have it.
This group gets shuffled so don't worry, I'm sure you will get the chance to have this feature again soon while other fellow Farmers get to experience it for a little while π

I watch adds but game freezes so donβt get the free moves/baskets ets. Getting tired of trying
