I cannot get credit for the roadblock

I have had 3 assists( from friends for the "roadblock) in my messages, clicked the "accept" for all 3, none showed up and still roadblocked. Please advise, thanks

I have also been stuck for 2 days with people helping but only one showed up against my road block. I click accept & get no progress...Help!
