when i try playing farm heroes super it goes back to my home screen. why?

I hit level 2 and after it loads I hit play and it loads then goes to my home screen. It won't let me play. I uninstalled and reinstalled it twice and it still does the same thing. How do I fix it so I can play?

In order to give advice you, need to say what you're playing on, is it PC or mobile/tablet? If it's the later then the OS and version you have installed would also be good to know!
