I Can't connect to Facebook/King account. Gives 'internet connection problem'

Hi all,

When I try to log in with Facebook/King account the game(Farm Heroes Super Saga) starts giving the error: no internet connection. It has nothing to do with that because I can't login with any account after I tried my own account and the error starts. When removed/installed the game again and login with another account(sons) it works without any problem. When tried the account on another Phone it gives the same error when login in on my own Facebook/King account and gives the error again. Did remove the app permissions on Facebook, doesn't solve it.

The problem lies with my data/ID stored at King. Anyone else has this issue or do know the solution?

Not sure what OS you have so put both iOS and Android down, try going through some of the suggestions made in the videos and see if it restores the connection:

Android. And no that's not the solution, checked everything already (including the links you commented). Already posted it has nothing to do with the internet connection on it's own. Everything is up-to-date and re-installed all apps.
