I have made two different attempts to make purchases in the games using gold bars. Each time I've been told that something went wrong and to try again later. However, I was charged for the gold bars both times, but did not receive the items I wished to purchase. Is there a way to get those 27 bars back?
Also, I never received the 3 free watering cans, gloves, or baskets. The game only showed me what each one did, but then never gave me the first ones free.
Both of these issues are on the iPhone app. Can anyone assist?
