Problems with the rewards of in-game events

The two events that are currently taking place are: Rural Contest and Growth Championship.My wife Lilian de Oliveira - email: lilian_chr@hotmail.com.He won 1x the Rural Contest that was in 4th place to receive 250 coins and also won 3x the Growth Championship that wins Fertilizer and Collector.She has not received any of the awards mentioned above. Please correct this problem and submit the rewards it has earned.

I am sorry that your wife has experienced an issue with the winnings in Farm Heroes Super Saga.
Please notice that we require direct contact from a player in order to verify ownership of the game account. This can be arranged by letting the person with the issue log into King Care and post a request. Once done a King Care moderator will get in contact and solve the issue.
