I'm stuck on level 73, how in the world do you get the acorn to move up so the squirrel can hit it with it's tail?

The wind blows in the direction in which you make moves, so this is how you get the acorn to move up.

Look the content of the level! there's TWO 'Frozen walnuts' and on ENTIRE LEVEL THERE'S NO WAY FOR UNFROZEN THAT! AT EVERY LIFE AND THIS LEVEL IT'S UNBEATABLE! FIX IMMEDIATELY.
