Game isn’t updating

After 3 updates I do not have new levels. I am currently at 4405. I have been told there are more levels but there’s no way to access them.

That's weird- let's see what we can find out. Can you give us the make and model of your device, please? And the game version you're on?

Thanks! My most recent update was 1.73.01 I play on an iPhone 13 pro max. But I’m also having the same issue on my iPad mini. I miss playing! I even deleted and reinstalled the app to see if it would help

Still hoping to get some help. I am at level 4405. I’ve had several updates. No levels update on my iPhone or iPad. My software is up to date. I have deleted and reinstalled the game. The last update version was 1.73.1.0 and still nothing. Love the game and it’s really frustrating.

Posting again trying to get help. Game won’t update past level 4405. Last update was 1.73.01. I play on iPhone. Same issue on my iPad. I deleted and reinstalled. Logged out and back in. Nothing works. Can someone please help me?

I have asked the team about this- there's an issue and they're working on a fix. However, there might be a workaround.

Can you please try this out on one of your devices?

1.- Delete and reinstall the game

2.- When you open the game, please wait 5-10 minutes before you connect it to your account

3.- See if the new levels are available then 😊
