Problem with Paradise Bay

When I updated my Kindle Fire on Paradise Bay I can no longer play the game. It goes to the first page, says its connecting and goes no farther.

Going to support does not help. I have this question as well. Cannot get any help. Saying good by to Paradise Bay.
