Unfortunately it hasn’t cleared for me. I had already clos3d the app, switched off wifi, shut down my iPad, switched it back on etc. Things seemed to improve for a very short period of time,but now back to square one. Either need to watch the video, or next time you fully open the app it won’t open any game!
haven’t tried on my phone today, but I started to get issues on the phone as well…

I have couple of suggestions for you that would help…
1) Look for the “updates” on your App Store and install them. I have updated my game today. So, the latest version is 1.78.0.1
2) Clear Cache - this will definitely help (in my experience).
Please try both and let me know 🌺

No it hasn’t cleared, played ok for 1 day now extra life ad pops up and whether you play or pass on it, you go nowhere and unable to play it.

I’ve already updated to 1.78.0.1, but this has not had a positive impact.
if you don’t watch the ad for the additional life, you can’t play at all. If you watch the add, you can play one game but you can’t play another afterwards - the game hangs.
also the quests, country show, inbox, options , Fidget’s Adventures, episode offers and records disappear.

After every time I play, the free life prompt comes up. Whether I close or watch the video the game freezes. Then i have to do a hard reset. I redownloaded the app. I have plenty of space on my phone. Still the same thing

Can you please tell me when this glitch started? Did you notice it today or over the weekend?
If it is over the weekend — please log off the game - clear the cache on the device and restart the game.
If it has just started, please give ne your device details and also the version you have right now of the game App.

Not sure exactly the date but it was probably over the weekend. I’m using an iPhone. How do I clear the cache?
