Game progress not synchronized

Hi, my mobile phone reached level 517, but desktop still at 476 , tried to reinstall the game many times and still the same, progress not synchronized. Could you please help me ? Thanks.

I think you might have a problem with the connection from the game on your mobile to Facebook.

Hi Combo, it has not worked. I desinstalled everything, cleared memory, cookies, etc. It's worse than it ever was. I lost my progression and all my bonus. I have been downgraded from level 513 to 476 one on both sides (desktop/facebook and mobile phone). Shame!! I give up...
